Front end
Has any of you all tried , Race tech fork emulators or their gold valves their site hasn't updated to the M8 yet so I don't know a part number yet. I emailed them a few minutes ago
Anyone used a cost effective front fork system other than these ?
Peace.

I did confirm that the sliders were the same so they didn't need changing. I forget what bike you have, but I got a good, cheap improvement on my 2019 Low Rider just by changing the springs to Racetecs...
Howard just put the 30mm FKS-508 carts in my inverteds on my LRS, but weather has decided to torture me for a few weeks and I haven't ridden more then 20 min on them. But they'll be awesome too.

Yea thanks Chad I know you have a main line to Howard at MM, that guy is the bomb man.I find he has the **** but his Web is kinda goofy for me and I'm not in the states so ringing him is a lottery.
I weigh 240 and the stock FXBB springs actually work half way decent for me.I know Race tech springs would be better but i'm on a budget these days.I'll wander through his Howard's Web again and work something out. I'm running the front end at around 34 to 36 PSI, I find that pressure for me has the tire sidewall with more contact on the road in turns but the suspension action is less compliant it's a little choppy so emulators or Gold Valves will help with that..
Cheers man.

Easy way to tell is if the slider is the same PN as the dyna slider. Thats how I came up with my hack to make the carts work on my 2019 King. Only cost me $150 for the 2 new tubes...
Edit: Nah, no such luck. Just checked Ronnies parts fiche. Sliders and dampener rods are different part numbers. Could be cosmetic, or more. Who knows. Oh well...

I['m a bit heavier, but I found the RT springs in the stock forks on my Low Rider (same as yours) made a very nice and noticeable improvement. I would recommend you get a set of the springs rated for your weight and try them out. It'll be the same springs if they ever come up with an emulator solution. But I'm not sure they will due to the fork tubes. You could probably pick up some dyna tubes and dampeners (if you even would need dyna dampeners?) and go the full emulator route for about half what carts cost... Something to think about.
