Well the more I do to my 05 1200c the more I am considering just keeping it. Bought it to redo and move it along. Rebuilt the front end with new seals, bushings, fork tubes and dust covers. Then I noticed the sag every time I would sit on it and ride. Did a bunch of searching. My weight is a little hefty at 235. I'm 6'2" also. Has anyone my size went with the race tech springs and emulators? If so what spring rate did you go with? If anyone has found a better set up let me know.
Yes... My 2004 1200c I am running RICOR intiminators, 11oz 5wt oil and works dual rate springs! You will have to set proper rudder sag with the supplied spacers in the works spring kit.
Best handling harley I have ever ridden. Make sure your triple tree bearings are good, motor mounts, swing arm bearings and good shocks in the rear.
I'm a lot lighter and have owned my SuperLow from new. From Day 1 the sag in the forks was just over half of the total travel. I even persuaded my dealer to strip and check them, to make sure all was well with them. I have later fitted Race Tech single rate fork springs, with sag set correctly at around 1/3rd of travel, which has lifted the front a significant amount - for the better! Race Tech have a calculator on their website, so you can get the correct spring rate.
I also have Emulators, but cannot recommend them, as they don't seem to add anything. I've read good reviews of Intiminators.
no rider sag with the progressive mono tube kit iam around 150 kg 300pounds and 6.2
it´s minimal how much it goes down when braking, and get back up the second i let go off the brake, plus it´s very comfy over bump´s

Looks like I am going with the progressive 35-2113. Don't think you can run the interminitors with these??? Correct me if I'm wrong. Just looking for Cost vs. Reward on this set up.
Think you could but mixing 2 brands is always a gambel, i did not at cost i went with what i think is Best, plus you only have to use 300 ml of oil total. So everything together its not that much more install is same time
