Default Touring intake on FXLR?

I called the dealership planning my stage II upgrade, and want to put the screamen eagle touring intake on my bike (looks like stock but removes the lower black plastic cover) and they said it will not fit, and maybe the throttle body is larger on the touring bikes. I have seen pictures of M8 softails with roadking etc intakes on them and want to know if anyone knows how to get the part to fit?

Is the intake I want on my FXLR

I ran one with Arlen Ness innards but the SE will also work.
Oh, all you need is the cover and the SE kit. It'll fit just fine. There will be instructions in the SE kit, might have to remove a bracket from your stock throttle body.

I saw that after I posted the link.
That AC looks better once the plastic bottom goes away with a SE kit. It's a nice looking way to keep warranty intact.
