I just installed goldwing vent on stock shield. 27$ and some fun in garage. I think looks neat.

Yeah that's the exact same vent Clearview uses on their shields.

Yes, 21" light tint, recurve, standard width with vent and designed for aux lights. It was $220 something like that. You can check their site for exact price.

I'm 6'2" btw. There a measurement formula for height on their site.

I just did 1180 miles yesterday at high speed across the southwest, no buffeting.
Thanks. I now have some 2" mending plates which should work well. I'll have a play about while the tins are off the bike being painted this week.

JES fork-mounted wind deflectors.

I have the same clamps you do, but the fang is covering them up.

Aahh! Of course......

Do you get a lot of benefit from the fangs?

Makes no difference for head buffeting, but they keep some of the wind from rushing around the tank, so I prefer to have them, plus I like how they look...

I thought I understood the mod until you brought up the "mending plate." Now, I don't get it. I thought you were using a bushing or a washer.

Yes started with a simple fix and a small extension bar
Have not used vents or fangs but additional thoughts may work as well
