Default Cooling line problem

I dismantled the rocker covers to paint black the lower ones (my bike comes from Thailand and they were polished...) and when I re-installed them I start facing an oil leak in the connection between the cooling line and the front head.
I found out that an o-ring was damaged, so I changed both of them.
The leak was reduced but not eliminated.
So I have tightened a little bit more the screws (with a small wrench, so not much more than the 10-13.6 Nm) and I broke one of the screws. By chance I din't follow the recomendations in putting Loctite on it and I was able to take it off.
I order two new screws, put them again following the specs and the leak was the same...
I tightened them a little bit more and again one of this bastards broke!
Unfortunately thay had already Loctite on them, so I was not able to take it out, my mechanic is trying to do it.

By change we saw that the screws are the same as the Sportsters' carter so he has a lot of them and they seem much stronger that the ones who brakes so easly.
I don't know anyhow if it's correct to tighten them more, instead of finding what's wrong in this connection.
The one in the back cylinder has no leak...
Any suggestion or experience on that?

This is the actual, horrifing, situation...
