Default Hardbags

I'm looking to put hard saddlebags on my 2020 heritage but I can't find anything that says it would work for sure most bags/conversion kits I see only go up to 19'
Can anyone can point me in the right direction ?

The problem is the stock exhaust system seems to preclude fitting most any hard bags that I'm aware of.

Default Hard bags

Hi I have 2014 up hard bags on my 2018 Heritage classic. Get Cycle Vision kit to put on, it is the best. Then you will need the hard bags. then you need to change out your pipes to a 2 into one pipe. I used D & D pipe.. Very happy with this set up. Holds a lot more than stock. You need the 2 into 1 so it will go under the larger hard bag..

Following in case anyone provides some pictures. Hint hint

I am especially interested in the paint factor. From the research I've done it seems that if you have an already-black bike you have an advantage in this whole situation. If you need to paint-match - that is the game-changer.

So I take it the pipe has to be below the rear axle ? How is the sound on the D & D exhaust, as in how loud is it.

If worried about how loud, get a Supertrapp, fairly quiet until you get it on, excellent performance.

Default D & D pipe

Well the D & D can be loud when you lay into it , but me and the ol lady tour on this bike its not bad. For some reason The D & D 2 into 1 on a twin cam motor is super loud but a lot less on a M8. Maybe its the four valve heads ? If and when you can send a private message send me your cell # and I will send you pics of the black hard bags on my bike which is not black. This set up is not cheap so The same as always on Harleys you got to pay to play.

Hadn't heard that about the need to change exhaust. I purchased but haven't received/installed the Hogworkz brackets and some standard size 2014+ bags. I did ask specifically if there would be any fitment issues and was told no by them. Guess we'll see.
