I think my bike is bricked after the OS Update yesterday. 2024 RoadGlide. It won’t start. I turn the bike on, everything powers up, I press the start switch and the bike power resets. This never happened before. The battery is at 12.82 volts, I pulled the main fuse for 10 minutes, the bike is in neutral and the kick stand is up. Thoughts?
Using Accessory mode, are you able to go to the menu "SETTINGS > SYSTEM>SYSTEM INFO > PRODUCT INFORMATION" and verify that the software version was updated? Do you have any diagnostic codes?
Well I just did the update with the USB 2 my OS is 5057D . And my amp is 1540 I have stage 2 with fairing speakers only. I'm I correct that this update is correct... Thanks for your time....swifty
I had been checking for the OTA update pretty much all day on 3/16 but it never showed. I would check the H-D app on my phone and it said the Infotainment was up-to-date, but on version 4125D.
So, I decided to just format a USB stick instead. Took it out to the garage, opened the H-D app on the phone again and lo and behold, it said the update was available. But since I already had the USB prepared I just updated via USB.
Yesterday I was told by a dealership tech that if the app doesn't show the update as available, the bike won't see it. Once the app shows the update is available, the boke should then see it too. I probably could have done the OTA update at that point but used the USB instead.
Also, I've been reading comments on forums, FB, etc. from owners saying that the OTA update lacked the CAL file and the AMP update, requiring them to load the USB anyway. Tom from ITFZ mentions the same thing. It seems like the best way to be sure to get everything the first time is to update via USB. Infotainment should be at 5057D, AMP should be at 1.6.1.0, and the CAL supposedly makes it so certain features display correctly. Perhaps H-D will address this for future OTA updates.
Its the amp update I'm thinking about. My amp now shows Fairing speakers ,lower and saddle bag and I think touring trunk speakers or something like that. I only have stage 2 Fairing speakers and amp. I thought that this update only changes what hardware you can choose and not a actual amp update. I will post a pick when I get home
I did the OTA update on Sunday. I rode a short distance today and noticed my HD factory fog lights installed in the lower fairings do not work. Went to the bike function and had to turn them on but they will still not work. Guess I'll call the dealership in the morning and see if they are aware of the issue.

I've noticed both my fog lights and chassis fan were turned off. Turned them back on, now, important part is that neither will work when bike is in accessory mode only when ignition is on.
I'm trying not to be to cynical, because I really do love my new 2025 Street Glide Ultra, but today I tried enabling my Phone Hotspot so that I would have WIFI while riding. I wanted to test the weather updates through the IFCU. Then discovered that weather is disabled while the bike is moving. lol. I've always been able to stop and grab my phone to look at radar. So what's the benefit of having weather through the IFCU?
I think my biggest hang-up is still the NAV not having a "North Up" option, those ridiculously large Gas Station icons, and the poor contrast between the NAV background and roadways. Unless you have a route programmed, it's extremely hard to see roads because they are only slightly lighter in color than the background.

Yeah, I agree about the uselessness of having a feature that doesn’t work in motion. Using CarPlay, the weather radar app works, but only updates something like every 10 minutes. Another useless feature, but more a CarPlay screw up than HD. I’ve had to resort to looking up at the sky to see what’s happening, like in the Stone Age. I kid, I kid. Still love the new bikes and that is quirky. You’re right
