Well it seems I'll be getting the Danny Gray (If Sherry kindly answers me :-))
One last thing, would the Danny Gray fit with the HD stock passenger seat set up ???
If you are talking about the Rocker C passenger seat, the answer I believe would be no, as the Danny Gray seat sits far to low to accomodate it. However if you purchase the HD Touring System Strut Kit, FXCW Solo Luggage Rack, and Passenger Pillion you would have a far better passenger seat than the stock Rocker C. You might then want to paint the strut kit the same color as your bike, or you could have it chromed.
I worked with Sherry when I bought my seat and she was very prompt in answering my e-mails and keep me posted on where my seat was at in the process, and when it would be delivered. My guess would be that either she is very busy, or on vacation.

I own a Rocker not the Rocker C and already ordered the passenger seat set up (attached). But I want to make sure that it will fit with the solo seat I'll get from Danny Gray. I am waiting for Sherry to answer this and then order it. Wish me luck

I have a solo seat from Danny Gray (picture below) and the HD Touring System Strut Kit. It will fit as the HD Touring System Strut Kit was made for the Rocker not the Rocker C. I am planning on having the struts painted the same color as my bike. Hope this helps.
just buy the Danny Gray seat for solo riding, then throw the rocker seat and strut system on when you have a passenger. that is what i am going to do. easy 5 minute swap. you need to remove the seat anyway to get the struts on. good luck

Thanks guys. That is the answer we were looking for. I have a "C" and am going to scrap the tirck seat. I will probably never need to ride 2 up, but I wanted to have an alternate plan if things change. I don't know why that was so hard for Sherry.
