With great thanks to Mike, I updated the original for 2009/2010 models but have nowhere to put it (can't upload Excel to this forum).

Dave, PM me and I'll upload it to a website to which I have access, then post the link on here so everyone can have access to your updates -- if that's OK. Either that or you could save it as a zip file, which I think could be uploaded here.

OK, I think this is going to work. Attached to this post is a zip file containing two versions of Dave's spreadsheet for 2009/2010 models, which is based on Mike's original spreadsheet. The two versions are an .xls version and an .xlsx.
