Issues after 135_off.bin flash

Issues after 135_off.bin flash
2015 SGS, JL M400/4 amp, Focal K2 Power 165 KRC speakers only in the fairing.
After installing the new speakers and flashing to the 135_off.bin (which I have confirmed) I've encountered the following issues:
1) The amp sometimes doesn't wake up or sometimes shuts off when in low volume - if I crank the volume the amp will wake back up
2) I installed a Thundermax TracMax ABS wheel speed corrector as I have a 21" front wheel and after the flash I am getting an error code telling me there is a short in the ABS system, when disconnected it throws a different code since the front/rear wheels are more than 10% difference (here is the product -http://www.thunder-max.com/Products/TracMax.aspx)
Any ideas to to where either of these things are happening - the remote for the amp is wired into the cigarette lighter & the volt meter on the dash is reading 13 volts
