What amp for BT 7.1 and BT 6.5
Hello all,
I have read through this forum and respect the wealth of knowledge and eagerness to assist that you guys provide. It is much appreciated.
That being said, I currently have BT 7.1 fairing speakers and BT 6.5 titan II to go into my lowers along with the soundstream Pn4.520. All this will be going into my 2010 roadglide. My question is will this amp be sufficient to provide a clean high volume sound. Any input is extremely appreciated.

i'm not trying to step on gann's toes but i would suggest trying your 4.520 before spending more money. yes the 4.1000 is a little more powerful but you may be happy with the results of the 4.520 and save yourself $125-150.
your amp does 100rms x 4
the titan II is rated at 100rms
the 7.1 is rated at 120rms
the 4.1000 does 140rms x 4
your amp does 100rms x 4
the titan II is rated at 100rms
the 7.1 is rated at 120rms
the 4.1000 does 140rms x 4

Not stepping on any toes nineball. Everyone here is entitled to his or her opinion. I've ran both amps with said speakers for an extended period of time. Trust me. He wants the 1000D. It's you money Gixxere. So do what ever makes you happy. Again, The SS PN4.1000D is my recommendation with those speakers.
no kidding - you want the S4.1000.
BT speakers get better with more power. running BT4180 (180W at 4ohm) and not a blink....

Thanks for all the suggestions guys. Through my lurking on this forum I have come to trust the wisdom that Gannicus and AAWAV have shared and have decided to return the pn4.520d for the pn4.1000d. the price difference right now on amazon is only 51 bucks. I paid 110 shipped for the 520d and the 1000d is 161 shipped! So for that price it doesn't even make sense to try and stick with the 520d. But i do appreciate your input nineball!
Now, only if BT would hurry up and get the 7.1's in stock. I'm itching to start the install but don't want to open the fairing twice.
