I will be adding an Alpine MRX-F35 Class D 4 channel amp to my Road King, should I be concerned with the charging system (its a 2000 Road King). I have been told that 1 amp is good, but more amps and charging system should be upgraded, please advise.....thanks

no issue - Class D.
on a side note, why this amp? unless you got it laying around or got it for "free", There are better options (meaning more powerful ones) out there.
85W @ 2 ohm "will not" cut it. Bridging is possible (running only 2 speakers), but you MUST make sure you use 4 ohm speakers then, not 2 ohm
AAWAV, I do indeed already have this amp. I also have a pair of Pioneer Premier TS-D6092R 6x9's which are rated at 80 RMS and are 4 ohms. The amps puts out 170x2 RMS bridged so not sure which route to go......maybe sell amp and buy a Soundstream NANO rated at 100x4 RMS?......just not sure which route to go.....what I would like to do is run the 2 6x9's in the hard bags and install a pair of Pioneer Premier 6.5's on the lower fairings (soon to be ordered).

I had those Pioneer's 6.5's also had the 6X9's. The 6.5's are garbage, get a set of Infinity Kappa's for your lowers. Those things are loud and bright as hell so you'll actually hear them. The Soundstream you want is the PN4.1000D. That amp will make those 6X9's jump and those Kappa's scream. I had those same speakers connected to a PPI 900.4 at 140w per channel at 4ohm and 220 at 2ohm. The PN4.1000D rivals that amp.

Thanks for the info on the 6.5's, I am glad I didnt order them last night, I will buy the Kappas instead. I have listed the amp on CL, so when that sells I'll order the Soundstream....thanks
