You gonna have to go with two small amps and bridge em bro! Almost like Tailwinds set up. The JL XD400v2 sounds excellent bridged and so does the NVX MVPA 4 Bridged. Both amps will fit in the fairing. I'd run the JL to the 6x9's and the NVX to the Millie's.

It's sad but there is no one 4 channel amp with gain settings more powerful than the SS/PA/PPI amps that will fit in the fairing. The guy that makes that amp will acquire instant wealth! It needs to be class D with gain settings and 200 clean watts x 4 that fits in the fairing.

I think you can fit 2 of the Diamond Micro 4's, I've seen 2 in a RG but not 100% on the SG fitment

You might look at the Rockford Fosgate TM400 series - either the TM400x2ad or the TM400x4ad - depending on your ultimate speaker setup. I'm powering a pair of Hertz Mille Pro's in my fairing from the T400x2ad and I'm happy with the sound. It is loud, on the warm side with decent bass from the speakers. These amps are very easy to setup with the included test tone CD and the clip indicator lights on the amp helps you to set the gains to avoid distortion.

I have a moto 600.4 that I'm going to try. If youre not in a hurry, i can let you know my thoughts. I'm running the PA rz4 3000d now, sister amp to your 1000d. Just wondering why you're trying other amps? The hertz 6X9's your running are the HCX 690s?

Love to hear the feedback. I'm not happy with the SS amp as its loud but not crisp or clear.

Couldn't agree more.

I'm using the SS amp with Rca inputs from my bt line leveler. That connects to speaker outputs from factory boom audio 6.5 inch deck.

Are you having any issues with this amp and the FM like with the class D amps being this one class AD?
I'm also wondering how hard is this AD amp on the charging system compared to a class D.
