Default Amp suggestions.

Ok. I've got a sspn4.1000d. which amp out there on the market is louder, crisper and adjustable ? Never mind the bt4180. What else out there will blow my amp away and fit in my fairing on my 2014 street glide. I did add the j&m amp mount for more room. Anyone?????
Thanks. Bigred.

Hertz Mille pro 6.5 in fairing and hertz 6x9 in bag lids. Just spent a bunch of money on upgrading to the BT4180, hooked it up and was severely disappointed. My SS amp sounds better. Just want an amp that's loud with decent bass that will fit in my fairing.

Doesn't exist in a 4 channel set up that fits in the fairing. If it did we'd all be using it.

I've been eyeing it. I'd really like to get to one amp, but I don't see that happening with my Arc Moto setup. I've been thinking about trying to find an amp that'll run around 500Wx2 at 2ohm and run two sets of Moto 602's in parallel if I go with lowers or tour pak pods or for the 602's in the fairing and 692's in the lids.

OP I wish you luck in your search and please let us know if you find something. What about a big enough amp in the bags or tour pak?

My guess is that finding that much power at 2ohm is gonna be tough and in parralel probably too much of a power draw for our bikes meaning you won't get that much power anyways coupled with less efficiency at 2 ohms.

Just really bummed out. Hooked up the bt4180 and was disappointed to say the least. I spent a grip buying it and it didn't sound good to me. Was hoping the arc xdi amp was a better amp or even the jl 600.4 HD amp. I'm sure the hertz is great but it's an inch too wide for my bike.

That sucks. From a few reviews I read on other sites the HDP would've been a good match, buy no personal experience.
