I'm looking to add lids too. My research points me to 2 options; Hogtunes or HD lids with an adapter for converting them to 6x9. It seems quite a few choose FactoryMatch.com for lids already painted in stock HD colors. I believe they use the Hogtunes lids, which by most accounts are very good fit and finish, compared to many other lids. Frankly, I believe I'm going to buy mine from FactoryMatch, as the painted price is pretty reasonable, all things considered.

Oh....my choice of speakers will be the Arc Moto 692. I believe the Hogtunes lids are designed to not eat up much space inside the bag. Apparently, you can get them with Hogtunes 6x9 already installed for an extra $50. Although I won't use those speakers, I'm getting them anyway, because i believe i read the tweeter bridge helps to better seal/attach other 6x9s in the enclosure, with some slight modification. Im sure others will correct me and provide better info for you too. Hope this helps!

For what it's worth, through Board tracker HD , I got my color matched Boom lids for $430 (2014+) plus $100 for the V-Twin adaptors. Just gotta put a little time into the stock basket removal. It's worth the cost savings to me. This is compared to Factory Match starting at $750.
Forgot to mention, in HD's infinite wisdom, you'll need to order the speaker grills separate if you go the HD route, $100 through Board tracker.

I love my factory lids, I like the way the grill fits and looks better than the HT or anything else. (Those round ones look silly to me) I wrangled a decent price on mine when I bought the bike, they ordered the lids. Took about 30d to get them after ordered.
I currently have 5x7 in them,, unfortunately they didn't offer the 6x9 adapter when I built my system. I hope to put the 692s in my bike in the future.
