Default Stupid Question Time

Ok. I have the Hogtunes lids on my 14 FLHXS. I recently had to removed and replace both speakers. While I got new gaskets and wiring. I didn't recieve any of the "Black Gummy Material" And while I did my best to reuse what I had. 1 of the speakers leaks in the rain.

So my question is simple. WTF is the proper name for the so called "Black Gummy Material" So I may go get some and fix this small issue.

Thanks in advance...

Weather Stripping is what it's called, I just hit the local Lowes with a piece of the old stuff and match sizing. You can order it online with the 3M sticky bit if yo know the size you need.
