Default Need amp mounting advice

2015, Gannicus and Haze gave me some sound advice. Ended up with Sony 310BTX, SS PN4.1000D mounted above the head unit, 4 Infinity Kappas in fairing and lowers. Extremely happy with the sound. Forward to early 2016 and I wanted to add speaker lids. Once again Gannicus to the rescue. Precision Power 350.2 with Infinity 6x9 in the lids. Well, I'm just getting around to finally mounting the amp and speaker lids. Bought a Hogtunes 2nd amp fairing bracket and guess what, won't fit there. I really do not want to mount the amp in the saddlebags. Need suggestions as to how I can mount this amp under the fairing or possibly under the right side, side cover.

Ok, GO!

It will fit. Been there with that same setup in the fairing. Your gonna have to mod (trim) the 2nd amp bracket to clear the Kappas. After that's done you will have to play with the amp placement to ensure that the fairing cap will go back on. It will work but it'll take a effort and ingenuity on your part.

Here you go. You've gotta trim it to the point that it'll clear the magnet on the Kappas. Not necessarily just like this but you get the gist. Also the holes where it attaches to the speaker will need to be massaged a bit too.

I used the SS pn2.350 which is basically the same amp. Yes I did molest it but I made it work.
