I also installed the mm652 using Cerwin Vega b52 amp. I’m not impressed with the sound either. It’s loud, and clear, but the bass isn’t there like It was with the stock speakers. I know the 6.5 don’t produce a lot of bass. Before the upgrade I’d usually have the bass on the HU a few clicks higher then center and treble in the center,now I have to crank the bass up to 3/4 and the treble down below flat . I’ll run the mm653 for a while and see if I grow to like them. If not I’ll be on the hunt for something better
