I forgot about this post, sorry for my delayed response.

I tried the PAC-SNI-1 noise filter but it didn't help. Originally, I ran power and ground wires from the battery....this is where the noise was coming from. I removed the ground wire that ran from the amp in the fairing back to the battery and replaced it with a very short piece of ground wire that goes to one of the bolts that holds the fairing to the frame.

Now that my ground wire is less than a foot long, the noise is gone....
