You guys are worrying way too much about amperage and draw. You have to consider that most bikes on the forum that are "rider" bikes are not going to have two 12 inch subs that suck a ton of juice. The draw from a few 6.5's and 6x9's is minimal in comparison. Music is dynamic so is draw, and amplifier is not requiring the same mount of juice to produce vocals as it is trying to produce low freq bass (and I mean real bass).
Mike I'd say the Stinger is better than the Yuasa. I had a Yuasa years back, and last year I had a sister brand version of the Stinger and thought it performed better. MUCH heavier too.
Competition bikes will normally have multiple batteries in them so brand isn't often as important -- fitment is! We have a bike named "King Kong" at the shop, it belonged to a friend and it's well known as the baddest audio bike in the country and it has 6 batteries total.

It was actually a Mosconi amp but a pretty slick setup.
