Default Ground Zero GZCK200SPL Question

I have 2 GZCK200SPL's, one in each bag. They are powered by a SD800.4S Evo (4ohm), and tuned with a DD DSI-2 sound processor. Each speaker is getting around 350 watts and the crossover is set at HP 65hz and LP 800hz. My question is, is it normal for these speakers to sound bad (distorted) at low volume? At first I thought they were blown but now I'm not sure because when I crank them up they sound good, with plenty of low end. Is it normal for the GZ's to sound distorted at low volume?

Deleted. Trying to upload a file. They definitely are not blown.

Could be the gains are too high and you are picking up some floor noise, or possibly a ground loop issue. Is the amp grounded at the battery?

amps are grounded at battery, set gains with DD1 and then turned down to desired output with VM.
