The Stage II speakers appear to be 2 ohm? But I find it odd that they don't have a stage II tour pak speaker listed?

Except the 4.75 lower speakers appear to be 4 ohm. Odd but thats what is stated

Where are you getting your info from? The link above is for Stage II speakers for the tourpack and lowers. They're 6.5" and 2ohm.

I miss read the RF website. The 4 ohm 4.75 are for wethead application. Non wethead is 6.5. My bad. I now see that Bates clarified it.
