In message 8 he bypasses the DSR. OP hasn't been back to update, but mentioned to me in PM that he swapped amps on his wife's bike and the amp is shot.

It was a bad amp! I replaced the amp with a new 1200.4 and everything is working properly. I'm going to try to send the refurb back for some kind of refund or repair. I purchased it on 4/2 and it went out a few weeks ago. I would like to thank everyone for their input.
