My 2011 Road Glide HK systems functions fine on radio, CB and intercom. I have my radio volume at about 4 bars and the intercom volume less than half way. That seems to work best especially when transmitting on the CB. But, as soon as I move the speaker rocker switch forward,by pushing the top of the switch, to get the music in the headphones it goes directly to full volume. It does it in both sets of headphones. I tried using only one headphone and changing the front and rear plug ins but it screams full blast only in the headphones.

Anyone been there fixed that??
