Red Deer Harley Davidson
I won a set of tires from them last summer, got them installed but the rear one had a pinched tube...flat in about 3 days.
So I call them up and tell them I'll bring up the tire from Calgary. No charge once it was repaired.
Then just because I had to go through the hassle of removing the wheel myself and driving North the shop manager gives my wife and me 2 free services on our bikes next time it's needed and a free power adapter installed at no charge.
Gas Alley HD in Red Deer does it right by me, something I can,t find at Calgary dealerships.

Yep, I've never heard a bad thing about gasoline alley. The Road King I just picked up was originally purchased there and the previous owner had great things to say.
I would avoid Heritage HD in Edmonton like the plague, though.

Much prefer GA to either of the Edmonton dealerships. Heritage, I couldn't deal with at all when I was looking for a Fat Bob. Their attitude was "we don't care if you don't like our prices, if you won't pay them the next guy will". See ya amigos!
Bought my RKC at Gasoline Alley and got a good reduction off the price, first two services free, a free battery tender and some other swag, plus they installed my slip-ons and delivered the bike to Edmonton free of charge. That's the way to earn repeat business and good recommendations; other dealers should take note!

Being I'm from Calgary, when I was at GA they told me that if I make an appointment for servicing, they would loan me the bike of my choice for the 3 hrs it takes to service my bike while there. Needless to say I will be buying my next bike from them!!!!!

My experiences with both dealers in Edmonton was not bad but it was more of a general indifference.
If I knew exactly what I wanted I could get it out of the them but there wasn't a whole bunch od enthusiasm
