Bolted my old carb from my 86 liberty electra glide on my 75 iron head sportster! Runs good with a nice idle! Of coarse it’s too fat and chucks black smoke! Can that factory HD carb be Re-jetted small enough? Any replies appreciated!

carb I was using had a 170 main jet so I got jets from jetsrus and ended up going with a 155 after a little trial and error! Thank you for the positive input! Running great!
