STRAIGHT OUTTA BAD AIBLING, Germany
Just like you said, C.B., ordered on Monday, on my doorstep Friday…I hope I can get the same results on my Billiard Blue that you got on that Billiard Red. It probably be a couple more weeks before I can get started, thanks to having to work on my “classic” Jeep and some mandatory overtime at work, but I worry that cold temps might affect some of the products I’ll be using, so I guess I’ll have to see how cold it is when I finally get freed up enough to start. Thanks again for the product info and tips !

when I did a part like a tank with a fresh pad I’d put 4 dots of the primer or glass depending on the step on a 3” foam finishing pad.. then I hand applied making sure to get it any spots a wheel won’t go… then I pop the pad on my machine and wheel it out
when your done wheeling it out, put the pad in a ziplock if you aren’t going to use it again immediately, when you add more primer or glass just add two dots… the pad will already be primed with product …again… don’t waste this stuff… it’s liquid gold.
for the high gloss… I used a thin light colored mf… I didn’t want the mf to soak up too much product… I quartered the mf and started with 4 squirts…and then when I needed to add more gloss … just two more squirts… but use a lot of light and you’ll see how this goes a long way as well… again store the mf in ziplock and you can use again later…. The gloss will start to soak through the mf and you can refold and use one of the primed wet surfaces underneath if you feel you want a fresh surface for subsequent applications
let us know how it goes
