I have had my 00 FXDWG since new,,,Every winter I plug in the tender, fill the tank and cover her up with a old sheet. All the oil is fairly fresh each time I put her nitey night for winter and every spring she starts up with minimal cranking.
Fuel tank full, raised off the ground, and Shorai charger set to Storage mode. Yup, sadly I'm all set to count the days till the first ridable day.
This winter she will get 6" black buffalo drag bars, all black braided front & rear brake lines w/ black fittings with shorter throttle and clutch cables to accommodate the shorter bars better. Also, gonna install Lyndall front & rear pads.....maybe a new clutch & 12" Progressive 444's too.
