lost power
I cut the baffles out and have lost power in fourth and fifth gear. Will a different size carb jet fix the problem? And if so it has a 190 main in it now so what size should i go to? Thanks for any help.

Bet you lost your power due to lack of exhaust back pressure. I would tackle the exhaust problem, that seems to be the cause and effect. seems adding fuel will only affect your fuel consumption at this point.

Yep agreed. Ser883 look up big city monster baffles with torque inserts that should help.
