Default HELP! Mystery O-Ring? with new fork slider

I ordered some FXDL fork sliders and they came with 2 new oil seals and 2 o-rings. The directions that came with the fork sliders show to put the o-rings under the oil seals but in the service manual it doesn't. I'm kinda thinking they're just a new o-rings to replace the ones in the top caps but would think to know for sure before going any further. Anybody got any knowledge they wanna share on this???

Google is my friend..."...Install the fork tube cap (A) with a new O-ring (Part
No. 46508-01...
"

Check out the info in this Instruction Sheet (page 1 point 5c, list at page 2 item B and parts diagram at page 3) and the Service Parts list in this Instruction Sheet

thats what i figured it was, but it was a little misleading the way they show it in the picture. I already got it together and all is good

Nothing to worry about my man, your seals are fine, i was just installing a right fork slider from a new low rider. So i needed to replace it. And Harley's directions threw me for a loop.
