Default Air cleaner insert removal...

I bought a air cleaner on EBay. I wanted a black one for my bob. Of course it says softail on it. Can I switch this out with my Street Bob one? Seems to be glued on. I was thinking use a heat-gun and then pry it off. Let me know.

THANKS!!

I used ahair dryerto "soften" the glue and then a piece of fishing line to remove the insert. Was easy to do and no problems.

I just pryed my softail one off too. I wasnt worrying about destroying it because I knew I was going to replace it.

I used a hair dryer and then pried it off. Used goo remover to take the glue off and shined it up. Looks good as new.
