Hey looking for my long gone FXR3 VIN# posted above. Bought the bike new in N. Illinois in 99. Like a fool traded it off in 03 and after that always regretted. Have since bought another twin to it but still have wondered what happened to this bike. If you or a buddy has this bike let me know please as I would love to know it's still around. This bike is the green one. Thanks.....

 

Man I know how you feel. I had an 02 Super Glide that I would love to track down. I traded it off for an 04 Electra Glide Classic. I loved the Bagger and rode it for many years but as soon as I let the Super Glide go I regretted parting ways with it.

I have seen threads like this many times before. Has anyone tried using CarFax or something similar if you have the serial number?

 

I was going to suggest what Lucky Doug mentioned. Since you have the VIN, run it through Car Fax or one of several other similar services. That should at least tell you whether it is currently registered, or when it was last registered, and the state in which it is/was registered.
