anyone know about trading in a dyna?
I am considering tradeing in my 06 super glide, it has 1700 miles and some add ons. i dont expect to be compensated for anything not original. Anyone done this recently or within the last year? I'm lookin at a bagger.

Don't look for much. I was at one of the local stealers last night lookin' to trade my '05 Super Glide on an '03 Electric Glide Standard Police with some extras. Turned out the bike needed some minor repairs but it ran excellent. They looked mine over, I have quite a bit of extras on it, and they relied on the NAPA book. Told me they'd give me 8800.00 for it. I rode all they way home singing "I love my Super Glide". Your best bet is to sell it private and then buy your bagger.

i could maybe live with 10k on trade, , but i still owe 4k on it. I guess it depends on what they say. If its too low then i'll have to try a local sale. problem is how can i sell a bike when the bank still has the title? i assume the would be buyer would have to go to the bank with me.
