I will be ordering the JD customs FXRT fairing from my dealer in the next few days once the allstate adjuster look at my bike after my 50mph accident. I want to get the FXRT fairing but dont know the exact speaker size their fairing will take and all other components I will need such as amp, speakers, blue tooth module or blue tooth head unit? I was thinking of installing speaker, blue tooth controller and amp. No need for head unit since I play everything off my phone.

I was skimming through and saw your comment. Joe at Deviant Fabs is still in business. I prefer his fairings because they're injection molded ABS vs. fiberglass. I had one on my Road King and I'll be ordering another for another Road King FXRP build here shortly. It takes forever to get the fairing, it needs to be drilled for hardware, but Deviant sells them relatively inexpensive. I believe I paid $1575 shipped to my door for a fairing, windshield, lower fairings, bracketry and headlight lens cover. The fairings come gel coated in black so you don't have to paint them right away after putting them on (or ever, if you don't want to paint them).

I can’t wait for these things to go out of style so I can pick one up used on the cheap. I love the look, but my god they’re expensive!

I absolutely love this set up. It looks killer and is super comfortable! It also not hard to install and the JD neck clamp works great.

I added some Custom Dynamics LED amber lights in the pod area for turn signals and an after market "daymaker" that I got off ebay that works great.

do you have a pic of the inside of the fairing
I am looking at their products too
Thanks

Good to know. Did you order something there recently ?

Must be a misunderstanding - they are fiberglass, not ABS.

So far haven`t seen any aftermarket piece from ABS, they are all glass or carbon.

2007 Street Bob, RWD fairing and front fender, Klock Werks windshield, and Touratech-USA saddlebags. I'm using Motogadget M-blaze Pin front turn signals in the vents and an all in one tail light.
