You are 99% of the way there.

When you get that page that has the picture in it, you have to right click on the picture, select properties, and then copy the Address (URL) of the picture, which is this: http://images5.theimagehosting.com/bike%20640%20480.jpg

Put THAT address between the [img] and [/img] (no spaces) to get this:
