That looks like a clone of the Heelhammer. I have one on my 2016 Wide Glide and love it. It took a few rides to get used to. I ended up making an adjustable linkage, it needed a mid-spline position to get it just right given my seat and leg length.

The only minus, if there is one of this type of shift is with "spirited riding", the heel base peg may scrape.
Deweys Customs in Farmington, NM used to make these years ago, tried one back then, liked it.
They work, an effective improvement.

+1 0n a previous post with fabricating a shift rod to get things just right.

The last time I checked with him they didn't have any left. They weren't going to make anymore due to a medical condition.

that is a fact that is why I purchased the vtwin part.

Had the vtwin version and it fit.
I needed to adjust the toe and heel independently so I went with this. Several posts in this section on the how-to.
