This. The 6 speed bikes are geared very tall. 3rd gear makes a great passing gear on a 2 lane road. 80 mph happens easily, and a stock 103 is perfectly happy revving to 5k RPM. I wouldn't want to cruise at that RPM for hours on end though.

my thoughts too...I had tranny problems that caused a second neutral at 4th gear.One could think he was in first when actually in 3rd and be shifting 3 thru 6 only.
