Picked up some S-100 at Cycle Gear. We'll see how it works.

I used brake cleaner and my wife’s toothbrush to clean my cases but I didn’t have a black finish. It was cheap so you should try it on the bottom case for a test.

 

I use just some regular old silicone spray. It also conditions rubber hoses. Spray on wipe off excess.
