Ha, that caught my eye too! But maybe it actually serves a useful purpose in this application... At any rate, I found this one of the more interesting "Sponsored Content" articles. I love land speed racing. One of the purest forms of motorsport left. Records are still set from people's own garages, it's not completely run by sponsors, no "spec formulas..." Still lots of creativity.

And speed!!!

What is it with having to press next to read the next page vs. just being able to scroll up or down?

Didn't bother reading the full article as this is extremely irritating.

I hit some crazy speeds in my sport bike days. But I couldn't imagine going 190 on something without a windscreen. Wow.

I have a friend who has an FXR he's taken to Bonneville several times, and is close to busting 200 on it. He has the tank setup with a dent in it where the chin of his helmet sits and he looks through the triple trees to see the line on the salt. He's come close a few times already, but not sure he's gone over 190 yet. I believe he was there this year, but I hadn't heard how he did, since he moved to CO to setup his engine building shop.

Congratulations to a hard working team. Being part of a LRS team I know the amount of time and energy that goes into it,

Damn. That's intense! 200 mph is wild. I've never gotten anywhere close to that, even in a car.

Bullshit. That is not the "fastest Harley", it's the fastest "street-legal" Harley. There are many, many, faster Harleys than this one.

The "FASTEST" title is used out of context across all forms of racing....
technically Its not a Harley Engine
Our Ironhead record holder ....Suzuki Frame ...
Worlds fastest Motor cycle....has a cockpitt seat, harness and roll cage...
Our son... Worlds fastest Suzuki GSR with home built supercharger and bodywork... 262 MPH....
true fastest sit on "Motor Cycle" Bill Warner 311 MPH
