Buy your self a set of ratcheting closed end wrenches. Slip the wrench on the shaft of the torx bit and use it to turn the socket.
Good Luck

I took the torx socket and clamped onto the outside ofit with a pair of vise grips and loosened the bolts enough to get them out the rest of the way by hand. The install of the new mount was the reverse started by hand then clamped onto socket with vise grips and tighten. The belt on my bike was to tight to really move much to help. I figured that even if I ruined the socket it was easyer to replace it, than to deal messing with the rear tire of paying someone to do it.

I tried this as well before I went with the small wrench, I could not get the vise grips to clamp around the socket head tight enough to spin it.
I took a pair of large channel clocks to close the vise grips tight enough so it would not spin on the torx socket. I thought for sure I would leave marks on the socket doing it but whem I was done there was only some small marks on the socket from the vise grip teeth.

Need help removing bolts!
I've been trying to install the left side passenger foot peg. I can't remove the bolts from the belt guard mount though! I have used pb blast and tried heating it up and it didn't budge. Now when I put the torque bit in there it just spins and nothing gets a bite on it!
What tool did you use to get it out? I was using a T-40 torque bit.
What should I do if it's stripped!?
