Default Super E bending me over. Not spraying gas.

I have a 94 fxdwg I just rebuilt the carb on (S&S Super E) and when I first got it back together, it would spray gas when twisting the throttle. I took it back apart to make sure I adjusted my float correct, and now it will not spray out. I have checked everything to ensure it’s clear. I’m stumped.

Cool Accel Pump....

We think you are talking about the accelerator pump that works to shoot gas in the carb at start up and when applying full throttle ...???
if so ...you need to turn the adjustment screw for the pump.(the one down by the front intake runner ) (which is a flat head screw head ) all the way in, and make 1/4 turns out till you see fuel...
turning it all the way to the right will shut the pump off ...and should only be used for starting and turned off when jetting the carb ...

What if adjusting that screw doesn’t spray gas and I’ve cleaned the spray nozzle

There are small O rings used the the bowl for the pump. If ya lost one or did not put the pump rod back in, it won't pump fuel in. Go back over yer "rebuild" cause ya missed something.

Did you lose the pushrod that pumps presses on the pump diaphragm?

Did you disassemble the pump and loose one of the *****?

I’ll get it back apart this week and get pics up. I didn’t lose the 2 ***** or the small spring. I got the S&S rebuild kit and replaced everything exactly. The rod is new and the plunger is new. Same with the boot on top by the adjuster screw. At first it sprayed gas, then I adjusted it to the specs of the S&S video and since I’ve had no gas. The bowls got it in there, the sprayer is clear (air passes thru). I figured it’s a mixture of the adjuster screws. I just screwed the accelerator pump screw all the way in and 1/4 turned it out as I twisted throttle to check for spray, and NOTHIN. Got all the way out with no spraying.

Where is it getting air to pass through? Or is that a test you did? If the pump is drawing air in to pump then you don't have fuel at the pump inlet.
