i just got me first harley its 2008 fxdc sunburst yellow i'll post a pic soon as it get nice here.
i just order a new quick release sissy bar. does it need a rear turn signal relocation kit?

Yes. There are two types of relocation kits though. The first relocates the turn signals to the license plate.....which is handy if you're gonna install large saddlebags in the future. The second just adds a spacer between the turn signal and the fender strut to allow theQD plates to hook on to something.......this relocation keeps the turn signals in pretty much the same position as stock. Either way, you NEED something for the QD brackets of the sissy bar to attach to.

i got the , genuine Dynaâ„¢ Rider's Essentials Kit for2006 - 2008 FXD, FXDB, FXDC and FXDL models. Harley p/n 96359-07 i hope this has all the part for relocation of the turn signal thanks for the quick reply[/b]

When you go to install it, remove & replace each bolt one at a time. Aligning the holes can be a b*tch.
