Default question about my PCII!!

Ok, I got my PCIII in the mail and I was in the process of trying to find the best map for it, but the closest one I see is: M814-003 : Vance & Hines Big Radius exhaust w/standard baffles, Screamin' Eagle air filter, Stock ECM, Dynojet O2 sensor eliminators installed, Rev Xtend enabled

the only option that's really throwing me is the Rv Xtend Enabled.

I'm guessing this is the right one, but the FNG would like some reassurance

Thanks,
Scott

Default RE: question about my PCII!!

Your bike has a rev limiter which shuts it down when the RPMs get up to 5800. The rev Xtend feature on the PC-lll raises the RPM max to 6200. Here is some info from the Power Commander website:

About the Harley Davidson REV X-TEND[/align]The Rev X-tend feature will allow your Harley Davidson (V-rod excluded) with a stock ECM to rev to 6200rpm. No longer is there a need to have your ECM reflashed by your dealer. Now you will have full control over your fuel curve up to 6200rpm with the PCIII USB. This feature can be enabled on Power Commander III USB units with part #801-511, 802-511, 805-511, 807-511, 810-511, 811-511, 812-511,,813-511 and 814-511.

Hope this answers your question.

If you need additional info or have questions, list in your post what performance upgrades you have made to your bike.

All I've done thus far is add V&H Big radius exhaust and a Ness Big Sucker.
Do you think I really need one of the other parts (part #801-511, 802-511, 805-511, 807-511, 810-511, 811-511, 812-511,,813-511 and 814-511.) just to up the rev limit a bit?

For one the stock rev limit is 5200 and if you have the rev limit enabled you dont need anything you are already running 6200,umless your pc111 is realy old all new ones come with it
