Did one last year by accident on my 06 Bob. Came home from work around midnight..stopped at a stop sign in a rural area where i sometimes run her through the gears. Front came up about 2 feet..scared the crap outta me!! Somehow i remembered to keep the forks straight when i landed. Just a stage 1 setup on an 88..no problem with enough power....

Any thing with wheels can wheelie, you just gotta know what your doing lol. Rev up to 4 grand and dump your clutch and you'll be surprised what your trusty steed will do. Yeah some more HP helps and a good pipe. Check out these guys, there from my home town.

As an ex sport bike & dirt bike rider, I'm used to doing wheelies by just twisting the throttle. I've never felt like I'd even *want* to do a wheelie on my WG. Seems to me, with the added rake, the front end would take some serious abuse if I came down too hard.
I have, on a couple of occasions, when riding extremely aggressively and hitting second very hard, had the front wheel lift a few inches.
