It takes some time but mine is in behind the fuse box. Thats how I put mine in anyway. Some are able to release some wires from the cable ties and shove it down but it still was low enough that my seat would clear. There are some pictures somewhere on here as well. Otherwise google dyna power commander, I found a picture the other day.
I installed one yesterday...05 FXDI, put Power Commander under ECM as in instructions for a 06 Dyna , connectors where 05 instructions locate. Look at power commander web site for directions.
