Opinions PLEASE

I would suggest a Laqure clear... it is tough stuff and will handle the heat... make sure you read the can and that your original stuff is completely cured! you may want to try it on a small part on the side first, just to make sure as the laqure is some mean stuff but it is tough and like i said can take what is thrown at it... do a sample piece and see... then PM me and let me know
I just used it on my downtubes tha i shot with epoxy paint... took me a week to do cause the epoxy needs to cure for a week before you can recoat it... but i shot the lacqure on last night and it worked awesome!!! now i can clear the tubes and not ruin the whole job... small time gigs on the side can save massive amounts of time... please let me know how it goes!

Thanks Bro, excellent advice on the Lacquer. I got everything shot down and under a heat lamp curing. The flat clear toned down the chrome a bit more than I would like, but I'm waiting for the final results. I picked up a couple more derbys at a friends Indy for cheap and this time I'm going to use my airbrush now that I know what I'm looking for.
I'll keep you posted.
