P Pad
I just picked one up on ebay $49.00 + shipping. Not too bad considering that the P-Pad is over 100 bucks.
Part number - 632130
EZ Pillion Pad Blk
I believe jp cycles has them for about 100. You may wanna check ebay....

ORIGINAL: SPECIAL ED
I just got mine today, thanks Doug, and that's what it looks like to me I haven't had a chance to use it yet.
I have denim and it sticks like glue as long as someone is sitting on it.

Make sure someone or something relatively heavy is on the P-pad, to keep it in place........ enjoy.

Before I painted my bike it was denim black. The stick on P-Pad's do not stick at all without someone sitting on them. Even with my wife (120lbs) sittingn on it, it would slide all over the fender on her when we turned or anything. Now that I painted my bike it sticks so damn good I can pull on it as hard as I can and it dont even budge.
