dyna sport vs night train
A guy at work says his 2006 night train would smoke my dyna 2001 sport. With all things being equal except he has efi and I have better suspension (and I'm 100 lbs lighter!!), I'm still not convinced that he could do it.
Maybe all those "skulls" he has makes him go faster?!!!

RE: dyna sport vs night train
With both bikes stock the dyna already has the advantage just sitting there. The "B" motors use up a couple of horsepower spinning the counterbalancers that the Dyna's "A" motor doesn't have. The FXDX was made to carve the twisties, then dialing in the suspension it was made to road race. The nighttrain on the other handwill be more responsive engine wise because of the EFI. But with two Dynas in the garage I might be a little partial here. The weight difference is a plus on your side.

dyna has adjustable rear shocks, nightrain dont but has rigid shocks. dyna glide sport is better handling in twisty road than nightrain. If they still have stock engine and not efi, their hp and torque are the same. but do u know dyna glide sport weighs more than nightrain? the fxdx feels easy and lighter since it has shorter forks than the nightrains. who wins? it depends on who's riding what. i used to have a nightrain, very stylish, looks way better than dyna. but now i have fxdx, it's much more simple.
