That bike was likely built by Rick's in Germany...if you look at their custom bikes...they really like to use the Night Train name...this one is very similar.

Seeing how the guy lives in Germany who took the pic you're probably right. Thunderbike does good work so this wouldn't be out of their league so-to-speak.
A guy who commented on this pic in 2012 said: "It is probably a 2006-2009 Harley Davidson Night Train (softail family) that has been heavily customized!"

Whoever customized that bike has my respect. One of the best looking hardcore Harleys I've seen. I e-mailed Thunderbike after Toms suggestion that they might have custom built this bike. Maybe I can get some insight on what they installed. I bought both their rear steel 260mm fender and front RS. We're redoing my 2018 HD Fatboy. Parts are expensive but worth it.
