i have said this a bunch but only cause it works... you can also measure out to see the max you can do on a rise and then just make your own risers wiht stuff you find at homedepot... i can walk you though it, it is crazy easy and cost like 5 bucks! plus it looks great!

it is pretty simple really... you just run to the hardware store, get some fender washers, and 2 hardend bolts... from there go over to plumbing and get some chrome pipe (the kind you have under your sink... then just get a push cap that fits... cut the pipe to lenght (tape it off to keep the chrome from flaking) drill a hole in the center of the push cap, then just count out the washers to match what you are going for... works tops! i have done it many many times! here are a few pics
